Quick! Run Out the Door! Grab and Go Egg Sandwiches!
Have you ever baked eggs…on a sheet pan?
I've been doing it for years, it's one of the easiest meal prep things we do around here. Sheet Pan Eggs, are such an easy breakfast! We keep it simple, eggs, and usually some pre-cooked sausage. But you could add onion, peppers, cheese into the eggs, whatever your breakfast heart desires. You would add the toppings onto the eggs after you pour them into the pan, but before you bake them.
Basic instructions
Talk about an easy breakfast. We literally cannot even call this a recipe guys. Mix eggs, I use 24 eggs for a standard cookie sheet. Season, pour in pan, add toppings if desired. Bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes until set in the middle. Cool, cut to desired size and refrigerate or freeze. If freezing, make sure you put wax paper or parchment between the pieces to make it easier to pull individual pieces out and warm in microwave.
Make into delicious egg sandwiches. I use mayo and cheese on mine, my hubby likes butter and cheese on his. We always toast our bread for a classic egg sandwich flavor and texture! It's such an easy breakfast!
Happy Breakfasting!
