Oatmeal Balls: an Easy, Healthy, Snack for Everyone!
Gluten, Dairy, and Protein Powder Free!
A GO TO SNACK FOR OVER A DECADE
We've been making these for years. We keep it simple, no protein powder, no gluten and no dairy.
Ingredients:
4 Cups Oats - we use certified gluten free oats from Azure Standard
1 Cup Peanut Butter
1 Cup Honey
1/2 Cup raisins
1/2 Cup miniature chocolate chips
extras: chia seeds, coconut, flax, other dried fruit etc.Mix it all up in a bowl, refrigerate for at least 45 minutes but up to a day covered so it doesn't dry out.
Scoop it out, I like a small cookie scoop for this so they stay uniform
Roll them into a full ball shape and refrigerate so they hold their shape.
Mix it well.
After refrigeration:
Scoop with a cookie scoop or spoon
Roll

Happy Snacking!
