They make garage door insulation kits that help insulate your garage and the room above it. It’s incredibly easy to install yourself since the panels are precut to standard garage door openings. But be warned you may need 2 kits to do the whole thing so you want to make sure to measure. Some people on the interwebs have warned us that we may need to have the springs adjusted on the door to compensate for the extra weight, even though it’s really light materials. So that is on my to do list even though we’ve had them in for 3 years with no problem so far.
