Make your own Gluten Free Flour!
Gluten Free Flour blends are expensive!
My three littlest kids have been gluten free and dairy free for several years now. Learning to navigate these dietary needs affordably has been a challenge. When I learned that I could make my own Gluten Free flour at home using certified Guten Free oats I was skeptical.
But once I tried it and it actually worked I was hooked. It is now a go to ingredient when baking gluten free. I do still utilize the Gluten free 1:1 Flour blends sometimes but this makes it way more affordable to bake Gluten Free.
I make it even more affordable by getting my certified Gluten Free oats from Azure Standard.
Azure Standard is a bulk ordering company who sells bulk goods, a lot of it organic, at a much lower price a lot of the time. You do have to do a group meet every month to get your order. And the meet is not always at the same time or day.
If you want to learn more about Azure Standard you can check them out here to see where your closest drop site is and try them out.
